Before Listing
Exterior
- [ ] Clear debris from roof and gutters
- [ ] Trim vegetation away from house
- [ ] Ensure proper drainage away from foundation
- [ ] Repair obvious damage (broken fence boards, cracked walkways)
- [ ] Check that all exterior outlets work
Interior
- [ ] Replace burnt-out light bulbs
- [ ] Fix running toilets and dripping faucets
- [ ] Ensure all windows and doors operate properly
